HOW TO ORDER

Ordering Process
1.) Select the product, add to the electronic shopping cart and checkout to complete ordering.
2.) An email notification will be sent to you to confirm your order.
3.) Please make your payment within 3 days. Our system will automatically cancel the order and re-list the items when there is no payment received after 3 days.

PRICES ARE IN MALAYSIAN RINGGIT (MYR)

*IMPORTANT
All the orders will only be posted on each Wednesday unless stated otherwise.

If you do not receive your order items within 3 days (7 days for normal POS PARCEL), please contact us immediately.
We will help you to check with the forwarder.
*Orders will only be shipped out after full payment received.

Shipping & Handling
Flat shipping rate of RM6 per order to anywhere in Peninsular Malaysia via PosLaju for items weighing up to 1kg.
Other method is also available upon requests.
For Sabah & Sarawak Order, shipping & handling charge will be calculated based on the actual item weight.
***Note that the item will be sent via registered post
if you pay before getting the confirmation on the shipping rate

REFUNDS AND RETURNS
All goods sold are final and are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-RETURNABLE unless defective.
Items must be returned within 7 days of receipt.
Items returned must be unwashed & unused in its original packaging.
Courier charges will be borne by the customer.
